Hi, there!
If we haven’t met yet, I’m Dani and I’m a neurodivergent entrepreneur and business systems strategist. And maybe, just maybe a little bit of a nerd.
Want to know a little more about me?
You see, I haven’t always been this way.
Okay, that’s a lie. I’ve always been wired a bit differently than everyone else.
I just wasn’t aware of it.
That all changed in late 2019 when it was suggested to me that I might be ADHD. Between then and my official diagnosis eight months later, I learned a core truth about myself and the business I had created over the past few years:
My natural inclination (and possibly obsession) with building systems was rooted in the fact that my neurodiverse brain required outside help to function in a neurotypical world.
I’d been creating systems around myself as far back as I could remember to be “normal.”
I unknowingly hid my ADHD behind acceptable labels like “organized” and “driven”…and occasionally not such nice ones like “obsessive” and “hardass.” (Managers loved my organization; coworkers, not so much.)
Eventually, I built a business out of it, because, why not?
I’ve spent the last few years using my knack for creating systems to help improve the lives of other entrepreneurs.

I’ve helped neurotypical and neurodiverse entrepreneurs simplify, streamline, and automate their businesses to work in ways that are more aligned with how they wish to live their lives.
Only now I get to do it with a little more awareness of how my brain is wired, and in turn, how our brains affect how we work.
On the more personal side, I’m a mom of five and I’ve been married for sixteen years.
⚾️ I’m baseball-obsessed (as in have a team tattoo and named two of my kids after players).
🍀 I’m always looking for a reason to get a new tattoo (I only have four right now and it’s just not enough).
🌿 And in my “spare” time, I’m studying to become a registered herbalist. You know, because homeschooling five kids and running two businesses just isn’t enoug.
When I’m not studying or working on one of my two businesses, you’ll find me catching a baseball game, playing Minecraft with my kids, or hiking and kayaking because we live somewhere beautiful.
Want to know why I do what I do?
I spent so many years looking for that magical unicorn business that would let me have it all. Turns out that answer is just about any business, but only if you do it with intention.
Whether you’re a coach, a maker, a designer, a developer, a social content marketer, or a digital strategist — it all comes down to setting boundaries and creating supportive systems.
When it comes down to it, a successful business is about building and maintaining relationships. And the less time you spend worrying about logistics and the boring stuff, the more time you have to spend on the part of your business that truly lights you up.
Nice Things People Have Said
I freakin love Dani’s workshops because a) they make me feel SO understood a neurodivergent person and b) I always walk away with such great ideas for things to try in my business and the confidence knowing I don’t have to do things the old way.
Dani’s free content is not the average “build a freebie with no value” kind of human.
I was sold before I picked up her business tools for entrepreneurs using Notion.
You can tell that she truly cares and knows what she’s talking about.
As a former teacher and neurodivergent educator-I know Dani put an insane amount of time into creating templates.
I now use Notion for my neurodivergent clients and it keeps me organized AND helps me serve my clients. Thanks for your hard work Dani! ❤️
I don’t even remember where I first found Dani, I just remember clicking with her whole vibe from the get-go. She has such a personable way of talking about things and it makes *sense* to my brain! It’s not just information stuffing and fluff, no, she gets to the point in an actionable way. You can tell Dani thinks of helping people much more than thinking about the bottom line.
